Today everyone worked on packets of 7 letters at a time. Everyone finished at least letters 8 through 14, and Kira, Larissa, and Leo also got all the way through with the 2nd packet by completing picture number 22. Larissa even finished the 3rd test after number 22. Congratulations Larissa!
Now it is true that way I was Leo's age, my mentor used to always tell me haste makes waste, and it's good to not go too fast so that the pictures are not well colored, but still--work as fast as you can, however fast that is for you and enjoy your maximum productivity and efficiency.
Some of the pictures will need to be improved a little in the future--we decided the Bunny in the future would where a bow tie to receive a Hindu goddess (or angel) descending to him from the stars. The Saw Fish also needs to have a tongue sticking out. Thanks everyone for helping me discover little discontinuities that slow you down so I can make it easier for other students in the future! It's a pleasure working with all of you.
